Community Living North Perth is a registered charity that promotes full community inclusion for adults with developmental disabilities throughout North Perth. Their work is guided by a commitment to self-determination, education, and inclusive community life.
Their supports span five key domains:
- Advocacy: Promoting the full inclusion of people with disabilities in all areas of life.
- Residential Supports: Enabling individuals to live as independently as possible in supportive home environments.
- Community Participation: Supporting meaningful involvement in recreational, educational, and volunteer pursuits based on personal goals.
- Employment Services: Fostering job-readiness and skills development tailored to individual strengths.
- Funding Navigation: Assisting people to access supports and services and make informed decisions about financial resources.
