Position Overview

- Guiding and motivating staff and volunteers.
- Developing policies to enhance financial performance and risk management.
- Building strong community and healthcare partnerships.
- Advocating for policies that support community well-being.
- Identifying and pursuing funding opportunities.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have a post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field, and 5-7 years of leadership experience in home care and community support services. They should also have:
- Strong understanding of Ministry of Health guidelines.
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Success in supporting a volunteer board.
- Experience with budget management and non-profit operations.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and anti-racism.
