Why it matters
The Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team (HPA-OHT) Accreditation Collaborative brings organizations together through the accreditation process to drive continuous improvement and strengthen collaboration across the Huron Perth & Area health system.
Each organization within the HPA-OHT Accreditation Collaborative recently completed the Health Standards Organization (HSO) Global Workforce Survey (GWS) to capture staff perspectives on workplace conditions and safety culture. The findings highlight trends and best practices that can strengthen workforce engagement and improve patient care across sectors.
The true power of this work emerges when the results all come together. By analyzing common strengths and opportunities for improvement, the Collaborative is working together to shape next steps that matter. This collective approach enables Accreditation Collaborative organizations to learn from each other, hold one another accountable, and drive meaningful change that benefits the teams and patients in which they serve.
