Health811 offers 24/7 access to trusted health advice and resources. People can:

• Call 811 or chat online with a registered nurse
• Use an online Symptom Assessment Tool to find local primary care and community services.
• Access links to programs for mental health, addictions, nutrition, breastfeeding and smoking cessation.
