The PCO program is a free workforce training program for health and social care professionals, either new to the role of working with older adults or for those workers looking for a refresher. Registration is now open for the Winter 2026 cohort, running from January 9-March 24, 2026.

This free, 11-week hybrid course combines self-study on a learning management system and weekly, interactive, facilitated sessions that focus on applying learning to clinical scenarios. Learners have the option of attending the facilitated sessions on either Fridays or Tuesdays from 1:30 to 3:00 pm EST. Join the over 1,300 learners who stated that this course has enhanced their professional satisfaction, knowledge, skills and the quality of care that they provide.
