Our new four-year cycle transforms accreditation from a periodic checkpoint into a daily practice:
Years 1 & 2: Foundation Building
- Receive a customized assessment manual
- Utilize tools like the HSO Global Workforce Survey
- Create a Quality Improvement Action Plan
- Conduct self-assessments
- Align policies across the collaborative
Year 3: Self-Directed Assessment
- Complete a comprehensive self-directed attestation
- Gather data to inform third-party surveyors
Year 4: External Validation
- Undergo a short-notice, on-site assessment
- Third-party surveyors audit a sample of attestable criteria
- Ensure sustained excellence in core standards
