Why it matters
Celebrating achievements as a team is more than just recognition, it strengthens collaboration, builds morale, and reinforces the shared purpose that drives our work. The HPA-OHT EIDA-R Course is critical as it equips staff and leaders with the tools and knowledge to embed equity, inclusion, diversity, and anti-racism into everything they do so they can deliver the best care possible. These principles aren’t optional, but rather, essential for delivering high-quality, person-centered care and ensuring our health system works for everyone. By reflecting on progress and committing to new goals, we create a culture of continuous learning and improvement that benefits individuals, organizations, and communities served.
