About Course
This foundational course is the first step in Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team’s (HPA-OHT) multi-year Equity, Inclusion, Diversity, Anti-Racism (EIDA-R) Education Campaign. Designed for healthcare professionals, leaders, and stakeholders across 46 member organizations, this program aims to create a shared understanding and commitment to fostering inclusivity and addressing systemic barriers within the healthcare system.
Through engaging lessons, interactive webinars, and evidence-based resources, participants will explore key EIDA-R principles, including cultural safety, anti-racism practices, and strategies for supporting diverse communities. Each phase of the course introduces practical tools and actionable insights to promote a culture of equity, safety, and collaboration.
