    • Step 1: Self-led strategies with support from a coach or therapist.
    • Step 2: Individual or group CBT for those requiring more intensive care.

  • Initial contact: ~4 weeks from referral.
  • Support timelines:
    • Self-led strategies: 1-2 weeks.
    • Individual/group CBT: 1-3 months, depending on preferences and availability.

How to refer

  • Options: Patients can self-refer, or healthcare providers can refer through OCEAN.
