- Step 1: Self-led strategies with support from a coach or therapist.
- Step 2: Individual or group CBT for those requiring more intensive care.
Access and wait times
- Initial contact: ~4 weeks from referral.
- Support timelines:
- Self-led strategies: 1-2 weeks.
- Individual/group CBT: 1-3 months, depending on preferences and availability.
How to refer
- Options: Patients can self-refer, or healthcare providers can refer through OCEAN.
