This June, the Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team (HPA-OHT) is proud to support member organizations in celebrating Pride Month under our shared vision of “one team, one system.”
The campaign highlights:
- Celebrate Diversity: Honouring the full spectrum of human identity and expression.
- Promote Visibility: Showing public support for marginalized communities strengthens community trust and engagement.
- Link to Health Equity: Addressing discrimination and advancing inclusivity improves access to care and social determinants of health outcomes.
- Strengthen the Workforce: A diverse, inclusive system creates better care environments for both providers and patients.
- Build Community Resilience: Systemic inclusivity benefits everyone, creating a foundation for better population health.
