We’re pleased to welcome Sam Henderson as the HPA‑OHT’s new Integration Analytics and Performance Lead.
Strong, shared data helps us improve access to care, quality, and equity across our region. Sam’s role focuses on turning data into clear, useful information that supports better planning, care improvement, and system‑wide decision‑making.

In this role, Sam will support a learning health system by using data to understand population needs, improve primary care and chronic disease initiatives, and strengthen how sectors work together. He will help build shared dashboards, track outcomes and equity, and provide insights that support care pathways, service planning, and transformation work across the HPA-OHT.
