Why it Matters
The Mental Health and Addictions Stepped Care Inventory organizes services in Huron Perth & Area into progressive levels of care, from self-directed resources to intensive clinical interventions. It helps individuals and providers find the right care at the right time, recognizing that we need strong community resources to ensure people feel supported. Keeping this inventory up to date ensures coordinated, equitable, and effective health services across our communities.
Dig Deeper
We want to thank all our members and partners who submitted updates over the last few months. Your input reflects the collaborative spirit that drives our work. Each submission will be carefully reviewed, and we will update the inventory to ensure it remains accurate and comprehensive.
To make this process even stronger, we’ve engaged our HPA-OHT Patient Family Caregiver Advisory Council (PFAC), the Youth Advisory Committee at The Well Community Collective, and Patient Partners of Huron Perth Healthcare Alliance (HPHA) to help shape how we move into our subsequent phase of planning and launching a collaborative awareness campaign. Their insights will provide a critical lens to ensure the inventory is widely understood, accessible, and meaningful for our communities.
Next Steps
- Review & Update: Review submissions and incorporate changes.
- Collaborative Campaign: With PFACs guidance, we will roll out an awareness campaign to share the updated inventory broadly.
- Stay Connected: Watch for announcements and resources that will help you use and promote the updated inventory in your networks.
Together, we’re building a stronger, more connected health system. Thank you for being part of this important work!
