Why it Matters
As part of our commitment to a coordinated, people-centered system of care, the HPA-OHT is conducting a yearly update of the Mental Health and Addictions Stepped Care Inventory: a vital resource that maps mental health and addictions services across our region.
The Stepped Care Inventory is a structured framework that organizes mental health services into progressive levels of care, from self-directed resources to intensive clinical interventions. It helps individuals and providers navigate the system by identifying the right care at the right time, tailored to each person’s needs.
Dig Deeper
The inventory includes:
- Educational and interactive self-help tools
- Peer support and psychoeducational workshops
- Guided self-help and group programming
- Individual therapy and specialist consultations
- Acute care, system navigation, and case management
The inventory is housed on the HPA-OHT website at: Stepped Care Inventory and Assessment – Huron Perth & Area Ontario Health Team.
