The Opportunity: GBACHC, a non-profit, community-governed organization, provides comprehensive primary health care and interprofessional services to the Grand Bend and Hensall areas. The new CEO will lead a dedicated team of 50 staff members and manage a budget exceeding $5.5 million. Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a high-functioning internal culture aligned with HPA-OHT values.

Qualifications:
- Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven executive leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in primary care or community health settings.
- Strong understanding of Ontario’s healthcare landscape and the OHT model.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Visionary thinker with a track record of implementing innovative healthcare solutions.

Compensation:
- Competitive salary range: $122,000-$130,000, based on credentials and experience.
