The 2025 Spotlight Report from the Ontario Caregiver Organization (OCO) shows urgent new data:

• 69% of Ontario’s 4.2 million caregivers are so burnt out they don’t know if they can keep going

• 1 in 5 have used the Emergency Department as respite

And the pressure is only building. By 2030, the number of caregivers in Ontario is projected to rise 50% from 4.2 million to 6.5 million.
